Shipping policy

At Tru Earth Australia, we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and sustainably. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Dispatch and Delivery Times

  • We ship all items within 3 working days, often dispatching within 24 hours of your order being placed.
  • All shipments are sent via Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 2–10 working days depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details so you can monitor its progress.

Sustainable Packaging

  • Your order will be packaged using compostable Hero Packaging, helping to reduce waste.
  • For larger bulk orders, your items will be sent in recyclable cardboard packaging for safe and eco-friendly delivery.

New Zealand Orders

  • Please allow 10 working days for your parcel to arrive, and get in touch if you are having any trouble locating your parcel details. 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • If you believe your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact us at truearth@bartonbrands.com.au, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue promptly.
